At present, geniaLab® operates different production plants with a yearly total output of 60 tons of hydrogel
beads for different applications and customers. Among these plants we run a machine producing a monthly
volume of 3,000 to 4,000 kg of beads with a diameter of 500 µm. Besides this regular capacities, equipment for the production of testing lots of 20, 50 or even 100 kgs of particles is installed at our facilities. Toll-production by geniaLab® might be especially interesting if a new product is to be launched as we can flexibly and quickly adapt to increasing demands. Also, we usually take a share in the risk of such a launch since the customer does not have any capital investment but we ask for an adequate minimum contract volume. Under such conditions we are able to supply almost any amount of beads within a reasonable lead time.

We can easily handle customer-default package sizes and usually ship directly to various local production sites while charging on basis of a global price. We assist local R&D and production staff while optimizing and introducing new products.
