geniaBeads® HM - hot melt beads
Beads made from hot melts like montan waxes or paraffins with or without incorporated powders
like salts or pigments.
Our current JetCutter setup can handle waxes with drop points of about 70...160°C (158...320 F).
Depending on the particular drop point, the poductivity aimed at and the provided hardening distance
particle sizes of 0.2 to 1 mm can easily be realized.
