geniaBeads® CG - hydrogel beads from carrageenan Carrageenan is a biopolymer from seaweed. Depending on the tape of carrageenan, aqueous solutions can be cured by action of various ions, e.g. potassium or sodium, The special means of curing gives the resulting hydrogel beads special dissolving properties. We use several types of quality carrageenan from different manufactures. The size of the hydrogel beads can be chosen from a wide range of 0.2 to 3 mm. Pigmented hydrogel beads from carrageenan Hydrogel beads with pigments and colors that can add a special eye-appeal to your product.
